“The staff of Bradford Mills is always kind and helpful– going above and beyond whenever I had an issue. My maintenance requests are always answered promptly by the maintenance crew and taken care of ASAP. It’s a beautiful building with exposed brick walls, tall windows, hardwood floors, and lots of gorgeous natural light. It’s also in a great neighborhood and walkable to amazing bars, shopping, and restaurants. I have no complaints at all about living here– I have loved it and would recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in Louisville.”

“I have lived here for only a couple months but so far so good. Management does a good job addressing concerns. The gym is phenomenal along with the courtyard. You will hear your neighbors very clearly but that’s almost every apartment complex. Amazon packages get a little wonky but that’s not Bradford’s issue. You won’t find a more attentive management and maintenance crew.”

“I’ve lived here for 5 years. Aesthetically it’s very cozy and comfortable and the amenities are great. Gym is amazing which is a huge plus. Only downside Id say is the walls are quite thin and the price has gone up pretty substantially after covid. The staff is incredible, responsive, and very attentive to your needs as well as maintenance which is a game changer compared to most apartment complexes around this area!”
